I take great care in selecting the most luxurious and most sought after designer fabrics available and I strive to make your shopping experience pleasurable.
If for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the full priced fabric (return shipping at buyer’s expense) and I will refund the cost of the fabric less a 25% restocking fee upon it’s return in good order.
If there is an undetected manufacturer flaw or cutting error with your fabric upon receipt, please contact me directly and I will make it right at my expense. If the fabric is still in stock, I will exchange for a new piece. If it’s sold out, I will refund the cost of the full priced print.
All returns, regardless of the reason, must be done within 10 business days from the date of purchase and before the fabric has been laundered, cut or manipulated in any fashion. Once past the 10 business days, or after it’s been laundered, cut or manipulated…there is nothing I can do. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All sale priced fabrics are sold AS IS and are NOT eligible for return.
